The college has a full-time Psychologist who is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and is an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). The service is available for all students from Years 8 - 12, and for parents with concerns regarding student well-being, or requiring parenting support.
Counselling aims to enhance resilience and coping, and to empower students to move forwards and manage the circumstances of their lives. The focus is not only on assisting those with identified mental health needs or difficulties, but also on assisting students to discover and use their strengths and to achieve their goals.

Types of Issues: Relationship / friendship difficulties, family issues, grief and loss, stress management, study skills, sleeping problems, anxiety, depression, body image concerns and eating disorders.
Services: Individual or group counselling, student well-being education, mediation, student protection, consultation with Year Level Coordinators on broader year level issues and in implementation of the Pos-Ed Program, and tertiary referral and liaison.
The Teen Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) Selected Seminar Series is offered annually to parents of year 8 students-this is dependent on parent interest each year. Individual consultations can be requested utilising the Teen Triple-P Tip-sheets for management advice on a variety of relevant adolescent issues.
