Information about the board
The Mt St Michaels College Board meets monthly during the College year and receives reports from the Principal and the standing sub-committees.
Sub-committees cover such areas as governance, finance, foundation, mission and educational facilities.
As CEO of the College, the Principal is ex-officio of all Board sub-committees and is responsible to the Board for the internal administration of the College.
The Board ensures the goals and objectives of the College Strategic Plan are met through alignment with the mission, vision and values of the College.
The Board has a firm policy of working through the Principal on all key matters.
