Cross Country
The College competes in the Catholic Secondary Schoolgirls’ Sports Association (CaSSSA) Cross Country Cup, in late May of each year.

Cross Country is an excellent team sport in which all students are encouraged to participate not only to be part of the Cross Country team but also for fitness, fun and to develop a strong fitness base for all other College sports.

A Cross Country Team is selected on completion of the College Cross Country Carnival held late in Term 1 or early in Term 2.

The Cross County season also includes a number of lead up meets where students gain valuable race practice and a Cross Country team camp on the Gold Coast in May.

Coaches: The College is proud to have Mr Eric Brown (Level 5 Multi Events Athletics Coach) as Head Coach of the Cross Country program. Eric has coached numerous medalists at State and National level each year.

Training: Commences early February each year: Tuesday & Thursday 6:30-7:45am & 3:30-4:45pm starting from the College Sophia Centre.
