Sr Margaret Mines explained how the values of love and compassion drove her to work with the marginalized in Sydney. What a truly wonderful celebration!

Mission Week ExtravaCANza – Cream a Teacher stall

Our Mission Week celebrations continued today with our much anticipated ExtravaCANza event. Great fun was had while watching eager students throw plates of cream towards brave teachers at the ‘Cream a Teacher’ stall. The sausage sizzle and spider stall were a hit for lunch, with the lolly necklace stall a great option for dessert. Many students won a prize at the ‘Shoot for a Hoop’ stall. Thanks to all of our CAN students and teachers for their commitment to this fundraising activity and to our wonderful maintenance team. All proceeds go to the Term 3 fundraiser, the Weemala Indigenous Unit at ACU.
