Pastoral Care
Our Mission Statement states that we value faith and love, justice, tolerance, forgiveness, respect, compassion, leadership, co-operation and perseverance.
As a community we uphold these values and, unlike some Mission Statements which go no further than looking impressive hanging in the reception of the company, ours is truly lived and forms an important part of all of our relationships and how we treat each other.
These values underpin our Behaviour Management Policy which is based on a belief that students need to develop a sense of moral autonomy, self-discipline and an acceptance of the need for legitimate authority.
