Measuring Wellbeing

Life-Fit-Learning

The College is partnering with Griffith University on the implementation of a student wellbeing system called “Life-Fit-Learning”. This system will assist in evaluating our wellbeing program on an ongoing basis.

The information received from gathering data will allow us to better understand the needs of each year level. It will also assist in highlighting specific areas to target for enhancement.

There are 3 steps in the “Life-Fit-Learning” system-Assess, Reflect and Connect. We will implement a process to gather data which is the “Assess” step, and subsequently report to parents about findings and the next steps. Questions in this step relate to happiness, positive feelings, sleep, nutrition, exercise, friendships, school satisfaction, social media and technology use.
